Graham Beamish

Charlie and Oliver’s Grandad. A big name in the motocross world. One of the youngest riders ever to represent his country in the Moto-cross of Nations, Graham was a top flight racer for many years through the 1940′s and 1950′s. He went on to be the British importer for Suzuki off road motorcycles and helped many of the top riders of the 1970′s and 1980′s whilst running the Suzuki Moto-cross Team. Having been a huge character and well respected within the motorcycle industry he sadly passed away in 2006, aged 73.

Graham is sorely missed by the family and would have loved to be watching his Grandsons forging their own careers in moto-cross.

Dan Beamish

Charlie and Oliver’s Dad. Dan raced British Championships and International events during the 1980′s and 1990′s. Dan missed out on a Grand Prix career due to an ill timed serious leg injury when he was 17.  He went on to finish 3rd in the 1999 British 4-stroke Championship riding the new breed of 4-stroke Yamaha’s. He rode for Suzuki, Yamaha and KTM during his semi-professional career.
